Step 1
|
Via the Customer administration you arrive at the customer data. In the customer administration new customers are created, existing data modified or deleted. Clicking on the menu item opens the window with the customer administration. |

Search criterion for searching by customer records. The available search criteria are customer number, contact, company, online user and postcode. |

Input field for entering e.g. the customer number searched for. |

Selection field for selecting the trader. |
|
If the tick is placed in this field, the search term is internally extended by the spaceholder * before and after the search term. This searches for search terms with any characters before and after the search term. |
Step 3
By right clicking anywhere in the search window of the customer administration the following menu opens.

All customers are displayed. |

Creating a new customer. |
|
A selected customer in the customer list is deleted. |
|
A statistic is created and displayed for a selected customer. |
|
The customer files are exported as CSV file in the UTF-8 format. |
