Step 1

The catalogue name and the customer number are displayed automatically. |
In the menu User parameters the user-related parameters, such as user name, password and status, are maintained. |
In the user address menu the address data of the user are maintained. If the customer address and user address are identical, no entries need to be made here. Therefore, there are no mandatory fields in the user address menu. |
The system menu displays all catalogue systems which can be allocated to the user. In the example the catalogues DVD and Smart Client can be allocated to the user. |
The menu User module displays the modules which can be authenticated for a user for the respective catalogue system. |
Icons for expanded (double up arrow) and collapsed (double down arrow) selection windows. |
Button to replace the automatically generated password with a new automatically generated password. |
With the button "Active" all allocations of a user are authenticated. |
The user name must be at least five characters long and can be chosen freely. It can consist of letters, numbers or letter and number combinations. |
The automatically generated password suggested by the system can be replaced by any password of one's own which must be at least five characters long. A different minimum length can be specified by the catalogue publisher (trader). |
