The MDM offers a great variety of functionalities, some of which can be opened individually by the customer.
The hardware requirements describe a system enabling unimpeded work.
In the software requirements the operating systems are specified which have been tested during program development and will also be taken into account during subsequent developments of MDM.
The configuration settings are important for an internet-based system. Here security aspects play a special role, and often security settings prevent the proper use of the MDM. Please check the necessary configuration on your system.

For the duration of the download and the installation we recommend to disable security systems, such as firewalls and virus scanners,as they may have adverse effects on installation files.
Make sure to re-enable security systems after download and/or installation!
