The MDM manual describes all functions and configuration options provided in the MDM. Which of them are available to you depends on your licence agreement.

Structure of the MDM manual:

Program installation
Opening the program
Quick start for customer administration
Specific customer administration topics

The MDM offers a multitude of configuration options which are project-dependent. Please address any questions about the MDM directly to your project advisor. The support of DVSE GmbH cannot assist you with the MDM.

Menu items are either displayed directly or a menu can be opened by right click.

Explanation of terms:

A catalogue publisher or licensee is whoever is in possession of a TOPMOTIVE catalogue licence, markets the catalogue in his own name and gives his customers access to the catalogue.

In the MDM the catalogue systems and modules are controlled by way of allocation to the trader. The trader represents the technical representation of the TOPMOTIVE licence agreement of the licensee.

A Customer is the customer of the licensee (catalogue publisher) who has been granted access to the catalogue by the licensee. The scope and costs of access are agreed via a subscription between the licensee (catalogue publisher) and the customer. Therefore, the terms "customer" and "subscriber" are identical.
